Fantastic design, two pools and the outdoor pool was heated which was such a bonus. Great rooms, we loved the projector and the wine tasting every night was sensational. Wonderful staff!
The basins were not practical (no space to put anything). There were not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang bathrobes and wet towels.

Quirky decor, friendly staff, good surprise with well-decorated room. Central location near market and Calle Defensa. Cozy pools and pleasant atmosphere. Great idea with breakfast options brought to room at no extra cost.

Nice, quiet and cool. It's basically what you can expect and I would recommend it to anyone that's staying in BAs.
Internet didn't work for the three days I was there. I recognize that this isn't a hotel for business travelers, but for me it nevertheless is very important to have internet, even if it's a poor reception. I'm tired with hotels that write that they have wifi in the hotel when it is clear that they don't. This hotel said they had problems with their servers, but for three straight days?! It is very easy and cheap to fix backup internet. Unfortunately this seems to be very common with hotels o Booked.net and is something the site should look over.

The staff spoke good English and the breakfast was quite nice. Overall the décor of the rooms was good as well.
The room we stayed in had no windows at all and black out windows facing the internal foyer / eating areas which were on the bottom floors. The décor which looks nice had some impracticalities; shower door opened so that you couldn't turn the shower on before getting in, the lighting was inadequate despite three fancy settings and the bed seemed to be two single mattresses pushed together to make a double.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, which is located in a vibrant and historic neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation. The hotel facilities, such as the rooftop pool and deck, were a real treat for relaxation, and the daily breakfast prepared by the friendly and attentive staff was delicious. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, which made me feel comfortable during my entire stay.
Couldn't fault.

We were transferred to this hotel as our original hotel was overbooked so it's hard to say whether this was a better hotel but it was a lovely hotel and the rooms were large and comfortable.

For my New Year's celebration, I stayed at a quirky and characterful hotel in the heart of a bustling neighborhood. The facilities in this hotel were top-notch with a beautiful rooftop terrace and a small lap pool. The customer service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, offering easy access to buses and trains for exploring the vibrant city. Plus, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.
The hotel's airport pickup service was a letdown. Despite having booked the service in advance, I had to wait for almost an hour to be picked up at the airport.

We stumbled upon a hidden gem in a local neighborhood near a bustling market and a square where we witnessed lively tango dancing. the room was comfortable and equipped with all necessary amenities, including a powerful shower. the breakfast was delicious, especially with gluten-free options.
One restaurant nearby had terrible food with hair in it, so be cautious when dining.

The staff was very professional and helpful. The hotel is small, but beautifully designed with every room having it's own unique style. Hip, boutique hotel.
